  After seeing a show at the Madison Theatre, we went for a later night bite to eat at Agave and Rye. The taco selection is immense. Because you order the tacos as single selections, we tried several different choices. It takes a couple selections to make a meal. The tacos were robust and delicious. The flavor was powerful and stimulating to the senses. The staff was courteous and informative. Our party could not have been happier. I will be dining here again the next time I visit Covington.

  Very nice atmosphere , food, and drinks! The decoration of this bar is on another level. I couldn’t get over the decor! Great cocktail menu , truly authentic Mexican dishes and flavors. Can’t wait until the weather is more consistently warm because this is a new favorite go to. I live within walking distance. Parking is available in the area , not like downtown where you will easily forget about venturing out because you don’t want to fight about parking.

  This smallish restaurant left me with happy tastebuds and a pleasantly full stomach. I was slightly dubious initially but after the first bite I was convinced. It really was an "epic" taco, just as the front door stated. The combinations were intriguing so I tried two different ones; The alderman and the monthly special called swipe right. I liked the alderman more as I like beef better than chicken, however my husband liked the chicken more. The wonder suggested the margarita pie, and if you like lime, this delightful creation won't disappoint. We will definitely be back again!

  We went on a late Saturday afternoon/evening. Our server was very nice and attentive. I ordered a peach margarita which was delicious, I had the Rooster taco which had a nice bite to it and was more than filling. The decor was fun and quirky, and I loved the chandeliers. It gave the atmosphere a cool, funky vibe. Will definitely come back!

  The tacos were delicious! They have a few traditional tacos, but most of their options are very unique. I had the #1, a fried chicken and mac and cheese taco (with hot sauce on the side) and the #14, a cauliflower taco. Both came with a hard shell wrapped in a soft shell and were some of the best tacos I've ever had. My friends got different options from me and also loved their tacos. Agave & Rye is the kind of place you discover and then take all of your friends back to.
