::Just overall a wonderful place... A garden in the middle of Phoenix. I love it.

::I toke my grandson to experience how a nursery looks like. In the season they had a beautiful rose garden, with beautiful roses in all colors. There were different areas for different plants growth, from palm trees to sunflowers. The landscape appeared very clean and accesible for a nice walk. There were great variety of spices for sale, and small laberinths with a commemorative statue at the top. They sold small potted plants and large decorative outdoors plants. The service was friendly and helpful. They have a great parking area on sand. At the entrance they offer a guide and promotional items on sale.

::This is in great nursery located right in Central Phoenix. Outstanding variety and quality of plants. The owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable and very helpful. You could not only go and purchase plants here, you can learn a lot too! Mike has built many different areas that showcase different types of plants and how to plant them together, different watering systems, and all kinds of things that are very specific to our area. He also grows some edibles here that I believe he sells to local restaurants and chefs. Or, he's gearing up to do so. Swing on in! You will not be disappointed and I bet you end up buying at least one new thing! I am an avid gardener and have been to *all* of the specialized nurseries in the Phoenix Metropolitan area, as well as big box stores. I've gone to the older nurseries that have now been closed that everyone loved. This Nursery ROCKS. Be sure to wear comfortable, closed-toed comfortable shoes(lol!), cuz this place is huge and you're going to get some walking in!

::What a find! And it looks like it's a work in progress so it will only get better. For those of us who are still mourning the demise of Baker Nursery, this is a happily welcomed nursery. I swear it may be bigger and the prices are very good. Good selection, much more of the xeriscape type fauna than most of those 'major' nurseries in town.
