  STAY AWAY. The usual contractor stuff. Good price, lots of promises. When it came time to do the work, no phone calls answerdd for almost two weeks straight, and to date ( two months or more) never a call etc., to explain. He delayed my project over a month, costing us $$$$. We are not contractors with multiple jobs and many irons in the fire, it was our HOME. It took us a month to find a new excavator and get rolling.
