  Horrible customer service. Scheduled a measure (with a non-refundanble $50 deposit), waited for the person to arrive, when they did not, called three times and couldn't get anyone. Was told by Ryan "I called but you didn't answer." I had stepped away from my phone, but there was no message. "Well, if I were expecting someone I would answer the phone." Not only was this completely unprofessional, it was now MY fault. "If I were making a business call, I would leave a message." His reply was, "Well I had another customer to get to." He then went on to say he could come back out today, but then retracted that bc he is the only one in the store. When asked if I could have my deposit back, I was told to call back tomorrow and get a manager. I now see this is typical of this company, from online reviews (I trusted the Shaw Floors page when finding this place, and shouldn't have), and am glad I am avoiding a full hassle, if this is how they conduct their business. Even a simple, "I'm so sorry," and an acceptance of some level of culpability would have gone a long way.

  The worst company ever! Do NOT ever use them for any kind of flooring. It took me over one month to get my floors finished and its still not completed properly. They do not answer the phone and when they do no one has any answers as to why the work isn't completed.

  Asked for top of the line hardwood floor Paid top dollar for select and better It was awful None of the pieces were cut even on height, width, thickness. Nothing lined up. It cost double time to sand down and had to use wood filler. Everybody knows how wood filler looks on new floor Do not recommend this place for hardwood floors Even Home Depot would have been better

  I was overcharged $800 (around 200 square feet of extra carpet) on a carpet install because the salesman measured wrong. I'll take part of the blame for not catching it at the time of signing the proposal but what really bothers me is they never left the extra carpet that I was overcharged for. Spoke to the owner Keith and agreed to split the cost so I ended up paying an extra $400 instead of $800. I only agreed to paying it because I knew they had a signed contract that would be hard to dispute but feel they should have only charged me what they actually used and installed. Their quality is good and workmanship is good so just don't make the same mistake I did and be sure to get multiple quotes to make sure your getting a correct quote.
