::If zero was possible to leave they would get a minus zero. I waited 4 hours to be seen. After being seen my follow up was rescheduled twice exceeding 3 months of wait time. Advent Health needs to reconsider what they consider care.

::Today 10/10/22 from 1:30 to 2:30. I received a call from Miranda today and called back 2sec later to speak with her. However I sat on the phone listening to the receptionist whole conversation about how many shootings there were this weekend. In the meantime I'm on the other end of the phone screaming HELLLLLLOOOOO and no answer. I can hear them talking to patients and all which probably should have been a personal conversation. I had to waste my gas and time and drive over there. I will surly be reporting to corporate

::I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and I have only been able to see an actual doctor once at my pregnancy confirmation appt. I had appt for my 16 week which got cancelled after I took time off of work. It got rescheduled for today, by 9:45 I got a phone called saying my appt is cancelled again. I understand appt get cancelled and things happen, but if this wasn’t bad enough I can even get into contact with the office. I’ve had to call the office atleast 10 times to get in contact with a person. Usually I have to call the plant city office so they can transfer me, even that is a hit or miss. At this point I won’t be able to see an actually doctor until my 20 week anatomy scan at the hospital and who knows if that will be cancelled. This is my first pregnancy which should be a joyful happy time, but this office is causing the most stress. I’m contemplating changing providers so I can get actual care.

::I waited 2 months for an appointment. I’m having a problem and very much need to see a doctor. I took the day off of work. I’m a contractor and I don’t get paid if I don’t work. At 7:30 in the morning I get a text saying my appointment is cancelled and to call the office. The office doesn’t answer the phones until 8 so I get the answering service who can’t help me. I had to drive there in case it was a mistake, I didn’t want to be late. On my drive I called at 8 to be told the provider isn’t in today. No apology, no options, no sympathy, and worst of all no care or concern when I said I was having a problem. I’m not surprised this office has 1.5 rating. I probably dodged a bullet choosing them as my health care provider. Id highly caution anyone considering this office.

::My insurance had limited coverage with women's services, so I went to this clinic despite the low reviews. While the office staff was very friendly, wait times were consistently 1-2 hours. The phone line is near impossible to reach people through- it is shared with another office, so simple things like scheduling appointments or getting results are a daunting task. I also experienced billing issues due to the office's improper coding. Again, very nice office staff, but there are some fundamental issues with how the office is setup and run that make this a very poor patient experience. If you have other options, take them. If you don't, just prepare for long wait times and be ready to call a lot to get in contact with the office for anything.
