::Everyone from the guard too the doctor were friendly and straight forward with their conversations. The appointments were on time and the waiting room was clean.

::Referral "specialists" are rude and nasty and completely unprofessional. God forbid you have a simple question they fly off the handle and are of no help and have little knowledge.

::Just called this morning to get the address for there valley stream location. The representative that I spoke to was very lazy, rude and sounded very miserable. This is a very bad experience already for a new patient. If your representatives can't speak to patients properly I won't bother seeing this doctor at all. The company does not accommodate to your needs. I'm driving 45 minutes to there valley stream location because I can't be seen in Hempstead because when I made my appointment nobody told me there hours of operation and they made me book an appointment when I could have gone to the Hempstead location after 6:30. I will be saying something to there valley stream location today about this.

::Today I called the Woodbury Office to try and speak to a doctor re my husband. He was prescribed Endocet for his pain and has been nauseous and vomiting. I wanted to get something to help with the nauseous condition. Was told his primary care doctor and his oncologist were not in and would have to take him to the Hicksville Urgent care and see a doctor there. The man can hardly walk and I would have to drag him out on this snowy, cold, icy day because no one was in the office. No on- call doctor covering. Since Advantage Care Physicians took over the HIP centers the phone system is the worst. Before we were able to talk to someone in the center but now you have to talk to someone first (where they are based is beyond me) and they will forward an email to the center and hopefully you would hear from them . Doesn't happen. Before they always had an on-call doctor covering. My husband has been with HIP for over 20 years but now the place is going downhill. It's all about profits $$$$$. Not care of the patient.. . t
