  I was told I'm able to walk in to see a doctor. When I got there I was told no but I can make an appointment to see one. I won't be here of it wasn't important, then the receptionist suggested that I go to an urgent care. That really made me mad because I have insurance for this place and they encourage us to use here where it's free and the urgent care is $50. Then she realized that I was mad she suggested that I can see the nurse just won't be able to get any medication. I asked if I really care about medication at this time. I just need to be seen. Then the nurse finally was able to get a doctor to see me. I don't understand why it was an issue.

  I wouldn't even give this place one star. This is by far the most unprofessional office I have ever been too. There is no consideration for time or the patient. Unfortunately they are more concerned about getting in as many patients as a time at once leaving themselves short handed and taking it on the clients. I highly recommend not going to his office , especially if you need results and answers you be stuck waiting around for weeks in the dark.

  The level of care at Advantage Care Physicians is Horrendous! How do you have patients that wait months to see a doctor or specialist and then they see them for 5 minutes!! 5 minutes the doctor walked out on me while I was trying to explain to him my issue. He was upset that I wanted a referral and would not give me a doctors note for the time it takes to get orthotics made. He didn't suggest compression or elevation or anything just to wait. I wasn't seeking opioids. I hardly have any opioids prescribed in my patient history. The most I asked for was pain management. There other pain medicines that are non Addictive and effective. There is also therapeutic care. He said my X-ray was negative I asked for an MRI or other imaging test. The X-ray states I have degenerative osteoarthritis in my affected foot, how is that a negative finding?? I let him know I work on my feet all day and I am walking with a limp. He walked out as I was speaking even though I asked for him to let me finish speaking first. I had to curse him out before security and administration came to actually do something. My father lost his life due to the level of care at the facility. He went in complaining of being unable to eat and breathe and they didn't even order him a chest x-ray knowing that he was over 55 and a smoker.... He died waiting for his blood work results. I remember answering the call while he was in the hospital for his follow up appointment scheduled 3.5 weeks after the initial visit. In three weeks I watched him get worse and worse until he took his last breath which I watched leave his body... How is this care??

  My family and I have had bad experiences here. Between long waits and misdiagnosis. I would never recommend anyone to go here. The one in Ronkonkoma is so much better, less wait time and I have had no problems with the doctors there. I do recommend the Physical Therapy in the babylon office and I will say to stay away from the OB in the Ronkonkoma office.

  Pain management isn't so good here.. The lady is very close minded in conversation of the topic about the benefits of cannabis.. She acted like it was something unspeakable of.. Says "there is no evident research that has been done". Meanwhile there has been plenty... Just look up Cbd oil extracts loll it's a lot better and healthier than getting numbing injections or taking pills that eat your insides. Hopefully someone at advantage care Babylon will see this through for what it actually is. Get your self certified to prescribe something that can actually help someone in treatment.. o.o
