  Hector was so helpful in identifying our pests and showing me their hiding spots, as well as making an appointment to come back the very next day to apply treatment. During the initial inspection, he did not try to make me feel pressured to use Advantage's services, which really only solidified my decision to go with them! When he was here treating our home, he made sure that our dog was safely out of the way. He was just great!

  David showed up on time, performed a thorough inspection and explained in details his findings. Price is reasonable and great service attitude, will use their service again and recommend to others.

  We have been working wit Advantage Pest Control for almost a year now, since we moved into our home. Not only is their customer service fantastic, but the price is very reasonable. David has come to our home at least once a season and offered very helpful tips on how to keep pests out, examined every nook and cranny of our attic and basement and provides exterior sprays. We love working with him and have even had him come when we were not home because we trust that he will always do a wonderful job! This is a company we will keep working with for years to come!

  I have to say the reason I called this company was based on their reviews alone. I had to reschedule twice, but when I met David- he sure held up to my high expectations. He was friendly, informative and honest. You dont find those qualities in the bigger companies. David took a great deal of time to answer my questions- even though I am far from their location and will probably not be able to use them. He still went above and beyond to help me. He gave pointers and honest opinions which is extremely commendable. Most companies wouldn't have even came out of their country to give an estimate let alone stay and answer a boat load of questions knowing he probably won't get my business. I wish I lived in the Essex County area because my trust is in this company 110%. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Would reccomend them to anyone in the area!

  Superior customer service. David came to our home and thoroughly inspected the exterior, attic, main floor and basement, asking questions as he did so. He provided detailed information, answered our questions and explained the approach to mitigation. Price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!
