  Everything was great! They were fast at checking out and checking the car back in. The car was clean and well-maintained. I would use Advantage again.

  חרא של שרות, גרוע ביותר, מעולם לא הייתי מאוכזב כך מחברת השכרת רכב. הם שקרנים. הם גנבים. ראשית גבו ממני סתם על מיכל דלק, ומחיר מוגזם, 9 דולר לגלון, בזמן שבחוץ עולה גלון 2.6 דולר. בניירות היה רשום שהמיכל דלק מלא ובפועל המיכל היה ריק, חזרתי לפקידה והבטיחה שעדכנה את זה ושאחזיר את הרכב ללא דלק, כלומר מיכל ריק, החזרתי את הרכב עם רבע מיכל דלק, וגבו ממני 170 דולר על מיכל דלק, ממש גניבה. קיבלתי רכב מטונף, לקחתי אותו בעצמי לניקוי, לא הבנתי מה הריח המסריח באותו, ריח כמו של גופה, לבסוף מצאתי קופסא עם עוף בגריל מלאת עובש בתוך הרכב. בנוסף גבו ממני ללא כל סיבה קנס על איחור, אף על פי שהחזרתי שעתיים מוקדם מהזמן. קיבלתי רכב מיושן שכל הזמן היתה התראה שהרכב צריך להכנס לטיפול תקופתי ולהחלפת שמנים. לדעתי לא להתקרב, לא שווים, פשוט גרועים. למי שיש כסף מיותר שילך אליהם ויקבל בכרטיס האשראי גביית יתר.

  Advantage Rental Car at Newark is my favorite rental company for almost more than 3 years now. I get decent cars at unbeatable prices most of the time. Tammy rental car agent is very nice and always cares about the customers and remembers what regular rental customers' needs and make my rental agreement very quick and no hassles.

  Great new cars at very reasonable rate. Overall a very decent service as well. I enjoyed doing business with them. All cars are fairly new and in very nice condition.
