  convenient location, easy access for return. Shuttle readily available when we got to the airport and for us to return to the airport! Best price too!

  The customer service was friendly and their prices were very competitive. They suggested their refueling option, informing us that it would only be charge per gallon and that their cost was, on average, 30 cents less than the prices of a gallon of gas. When we received our invoice, this didn't prove to be correct. We were charge $40 to fill up half a tank.

  Pretty bad customer service, even just speaking to them is unpleasant. I understand that not everything can be perfect, but even trying to talk to someone at the company, they make it seem like you're bothering them. Be sure to ask very detailed questions, understand exactly what they're offering you because they will try to stick you with additional costs at the end. Explaining that it's, "how every car rental company in America does it..." Came here to drop a review, noticed they have a 2.3 star rating and figured that makes sense. Guess I should have checked *before* using them. Buyer beware.

  Don't let the challenge of finding this off-site rental agency dissuade you (they have their own shuttle bus, so don't take the normal rental car shuttle). They've got excellent rates, have a friendly staff, and (frankly), their private bus might even get you to the counter faster than the shared bus! You just have to not be a rental car zombie like we can all get sometimes...follow their instructions!

  Though Advantage is off-site, it is worth the extra 10-15 minutes to get the best price for vehicles PERIOD. Plus, the stock of cars is just as good as all of the other vendors. There is a gas station around the corner, which makes it easier to gas and go than with the airport rental agencies. I have heard people complain about credit/debit card issues (can't pay with a debit card, name has to be the same as the reservation name, wife can't use husbands credit card) but that is consistent across the board for ALL car rental agencies, and is not an Advantage issue. The shuttle drivers are pleasant as well.
