  Hidden fees. I was charged an additional 75$ for a reclamation fee which was never discussed. Time frame. Over a month to get a standard part installed. Lastly, multiple times I gave them a debit card for charges over a month, and they ran all the charges at once. Very bad business practices. Avoid if possible. **Update** Who I assume is the owner of the company contacted me via text and asked why I left this review. He then passed the buck on the warranty company being at fault. I felt this was odd business practice so I went into greater detail with them about the level of service I received. Not only were their hidden charges, the technician who performed the initial inspection said nothing was wrong. Only after I did research, and I suggested he check the thermal expansion valve, did he find something wrong. So basically, had I not known what to suggest to the "expert" I would be out money with no solution. The technician also did not have a laser thermometer or any type of temperature measuring device to check the intake and output of the AC unit. So I provided my own so they could actually see that there was no cooling taking place... So, feel free to text me again and discuss why I gave this review.   I appreciate a company that's fair and honest. We had Advantage Air out. The owners son was very professional and solved our problem quick. We are close to the point of replacement. But their was no sales pitch. I asked for a quote and it was better than anyone else in Georgetown. When we are ready they will get our business. I highly recommend them.

  Very professional and courteous! Quality work for an affordable price. They were able to replace my heat pump for more than half the price of other quotes I received for the exact same system. Seems like the other places in town are robbing their customers blind!
