  This is the top vein center around, i was worried that some spider veins were more than just cosmetic and i was able to get an ultrasound screening to help me make a more educated decision. The smaller veins were easily removed by a laser within 2 sessions (the 2nd was just a clean-up). Very thorough care, definitely the best vein clinic in Pittsburgh.
