  Don't ever buy anything from this company. Wish there was something less than one star. They don't deserve a star at all. First told me that the device was going to be covered by insurance, then it wasn't. Charged us $200.00 , found it for $101.00 online. Same exact machine. They told me if I sent them the information they would either price match or let us return the machine. The following day I sent then the information requested. After five days and seven phone calls (and not one return phone call when I left messages) I was told that they don't price match and all sales are final and the item can't be returned. I asked where that was written and was told it's not in writing but it is their policy. I thought I was getting somewhere when I got to speak with the woman I spoke to during my first conversation with the company who told me to send in the documents. She denied remember any conversation with me and said that she wouldn't have told me that. she flat out lied. I got the run around for a week with no satisfaction. These people suck.

  This "business" absolutely sucks!!!! I would NEVER get another cpap or anything else from them. They are beyond unprofessional....quick to send a fake invoice for $1500 with no address no notice no contact information or anything but takes forever to call anyone back. I don't know how they stay in business; disgraceful...Anyone who has written a good review is definitely from the company

  worst company ever I have made any business with.my doctor order me a cpap from these thieves and I have to pay pretty much for the machine out packet even thought I have insurance, they use a very smart tactic to keep getting your money without any care for you at all. I was very sick before and after dealing with this f*** I been more worst. I the when people will do anything to make a buck of someone in needs using any trick possible...
