  Crystal was the best! I spoke to her before I got there and she remembered who I was and what I needed. She was fast, thorough and most of all she was professional and kind. Highly recommend!

  My husband called for a price on an alternator and was given the price and told the item was in stock. He was also told the core charge was $70 when in fact it was only $27. Additionally, we got there 15 minutes after being told it was in stock just for them to say that it wasn't!! He tried to get ours tested and their equipment wouldn't complete the test. Just ridiculous all the way around.
