::I had a wonderful wonderful experience with this store after my battery died. I called them and they walked me through how to order a battery online. And then when I get to the store later that day, they were very helpful and installed the battery in a quick and timely manner. They were also just nice and warm people. The guy who installed my battery, Chaka, was great too. Highly recommend.

::Customer Service is really lacking here! I went in to request a lowbeam headlight for my wife's car. At first the service guy was on his phone texting while he talking to me. Then he told me he needed more detail about the car. I gave him the info. He then looked up the car make and told and asked what version it was. I did not know. The only info in on the back of the car that I could find. I then said I did not know much about cars. But it is right outside. Perhaps you could tell immediately if you walk out side with me. He ignored what I requested and then said I should go across the street and ask the mechanic at the service station as to my vehicles make and model. He said in doing so you will not buy the wrong the wrong headlight. I then said the car is right out side and you will not even go out there to tell me version the car is. He said No. We do not do that. I am willing to bet if it was my wife or a woman he would have accommodated them. This guy does not belong working the counter here. I have been coming here for 14 years. I have probably spent over $1000 there over the years. I had gone in there to buy other things. After this person's attitude and behavior I just left. I will not be going back.

::wow! Great customer service! The employees are helpful and have a very good attitude! One of them happily came outside in the cold weather to check my battery and he even apologized for the wait when I was waiting in a warm car! Looks like they must like their job and their customers, what is hard to see anywhere else these days. Highly recommended!

::Go here! The manager and staff are helpful auto experts. If you buy a battery, which are reasonably priced, they put it in for you--no charge. A great place.

::Great place to come and get a battery replaced. They'll work with you to get it installed right so that you don't have to pay an arm and a leg at a shop. Large selection of parts as well. Employees were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I could get the right stuff.
