  I do not appreciate being sold something I DO NOT NEED! I got tired of saying "no, I do not need or want this" & ended up paying for it to shut him up. Respect women & please do not treat us like we are idiots. Do not sell us things we do not need because your sales staff feels we are too dumb to know any better. I will not be back. I will return to O'Reilly's where I am treated fairy & not based on a sale.

  My battery went bad a few days past warranty, they still honored it and replaced it for free. It was an optima red top so it was expensive. Glad they helped me out, great staff and very helpful. Definitely earned my business.
