  On easter Sunday, I called the store about 3pm to order a part, they said I couldn't pay over the phone and would need to come in. I get to the store at 5:05 pm. The store sign shows they close at 6 on easter, although it was obvious an employee had taken a pen and marked over the 6 with a 5. I called the store, they answered. I confronted them about the obvious change to the sign, they said the computers are down, but we open at 730AM and to come in then. I asked them why the computers would be randomly fixed at 730AM. They said the midnight update will fix this. Very poor management and I will be going to auto zone or O'Reilly from now on.

  Ridiculous and Irresponsible! I ordered Techron online (02/27) and tried to pickup in 03/03. However, they said somebody picked up in 02/28. Ridiculous! They didn't check the pickup person identity at all (ID, invoice..) and didn't admit any responsibility. I contacted the customer service and through BBB report I could get the refund. I DON"T RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ONLINE PICKUP AND I WON'T VISIT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN.

  The worker was informative and she assisted me with my needs, even helped me putting the part on my car. I went to 2 other auto parts places and every time I go to Advance Auto Parts, they go above and beyond than the other auto parts stores.
