::Went in yesterday evenin with my battery, unsure if i needed a new one, just wanted it tested. The 2 kids working were mute interested in joking around with their buddy than truing to help me. Instead of charging it or anything he just asked if i wanted a new one for $140 i didn't have, but being stranded, i really didn't have a choice. Turns out it wasn't the battery it was the starter. I caked bank to see if i could return it for a partial refund and was told no. Never go back.

::Well the One 🌟 says it ALL! This was my 2nd trip into this location & my last i'm certain. The 1st time there was a young man that worked there that was SO RUDE, sarcastic, overbearing & abrasive. I had went in alone to purchase a qt of motor oil for my car. I knew what I wanted & once I got it , I searched for coolant, cleaning supplies & some accessories for my husband's Ram 3500! Upon getting to the checkout & another young man with manners speaking to me, we struck up a conversation about my engine & a past recall with Hyundai corporation. The guy with the attitude invited himself to have a string opinion about MY car & argued with me for approximately 5 mins & wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. I got so mad & no matter what I did,he still had attitude with me. Finally I raised my voice & said to him, I had been driving for longer that he'd been alive & being raised with a step dad that was a mechanic & pretty much caring for my own car by myself, IT WOULD BE BEST IF HE STOPPED ARGUING WITH ME , STEPPED AWAY FROM THE COUNTER WHERE I WAS & FOUND SOMETHING ELSE TO SO because I was tired of being talked to like an idiot & even @ 60 i'm NOT senile & stupid.. He walked off & I was so mad I could've bit bullets into. Then my recent visit, he was sitting @ the counter texting on a cell phone but he didn't even look my way!! Thank you Lord for small miracles.. Whew! He needs some training on customer satisfaction, accountability & plain old manners!!! P.S. part I was needing for a Ram 3500 this last time, they assured me that I could have it next week..
