  Where to find some door pins pretty good place didn't feel like it had this election of an AutoZone or even an O'Reilly but it did have different items that they generally wouldn't carry so overall visit was good and the people working there were extremely friendly I recommend

  On two different occasions, I needed help to exchange a battery and return a wrong part. Both times I walk in, they have zero records of me ever buying the item even though I bought it from their store. If you need help with returns or exchanges, dont count on it and say goodbye to your money.

  My husband bought brake pads at Advance for my extremely common SUV. After disassembling the car to install the pads, he discovered they weren't the right ones. On a Sunday and a little over an hour before closing time, I called Advance and told Paul about the situation. He understood, including the fact that our only vehicle was disassembled and probably couldn't be put back together in time to drive to the store & switch out parts. Paul asked if I could send a picture of my old brake pads because all my vehicle information matched the parts we had in hand. Shortly after I sent the pictures, Paul called back and explained that my 2002 suburban in fact had 2001 brakes, told me how to avoid this from happening in the future, then asked our address. I was so excited that before closing time he delivered them to our driveway so my husband could get the work done right away, same day! Our appreciation goes out to Paul for going beyond our expectations of good customer service, thank you!
