::This place has been an amazing experience. I just moved to the area and decided to get a bike to stay active and ride at the park. It’s been nearly over 10 years since I got back on a bike and sooo much has changed. Russel and crew have been extremely helpful and patient. Not only did they educate, they were patient to figure out what was the best bike that fitted my needs and get the most comfortable ride. These guys are so laid back and did not rush to make a sale. I will definitely be coming back for any upgrades and accessories since I felt a good vibe at this place. It also feels good to support a local neighborhood shop as supposed to the giant retail shops where you get no personalization.

::Russell, the son, inherited the store from his pop. The store has been around for a long time, with a very competent staff that know their stuff. Incredible selection of parts, and what they don't have they'll order in a timely matter. Great service with reasonable prices. I am just glad that I live in the neighborhood and they are close by for all my family's biking needs.

::A month ago I purchased a 2018 Giant Fathom 2 in which Russell had to order. The bike was shipped and prepared a day or two ahead of the expected ETA. Russell was very informative and patient. He graciously answered all questions and was very honest with me. Great customer service! Also, my bike is EXCELLENT! Thanks again Russell!

::Shopping for a bike without any prior knowledge can be quite a daunting task. From the myriad of bike companies to specific bike types, it’s nice to have a wonderful place like ADT to help you choose. After over a decade of not riding, I came in looking for proper expertise to help steer me towards the bike that was right for me. Being someone who often forgoes asking for help, Russell and his staff made it easy for me by explaining every single question I had about buying. Rarely do I leave a store completely satisfied with my purchase, but ADT is one of those places. If you’re looking to purchase a bike, repair your old one or just need assistance and a knowledgeable staff, I wholeheartedly recommend ADT for their top tier professionalism.

::A friend who was moving and giving away a bunch of things gave my husband and I some bikes. My bike was only used once in three years and my husband's bike has had more usage but still was in good conditions. We figured to go to ADT to right away to have the bikes checked. We were fortunate that the bikes were in good condition and they tuned them both up for us. We expected to get the bikes back in three days and we got a call a few hours later saying the bikes were ready. A few moments later we bought locks, helmets and rechargeable lights. They really set us up and helped us with the necessary safety and security accessories to ride our bikes. I thought that like most sales people they would make sure they get us to spend more and if anything they gave us great advise and said the bikes were in good condition. We gave them how much we wanted to spend on the accessories and they advised us well also. I had heard really good things about ADT back 15 years ago and I knew the moment that I was ready to purchase a new bike I would go to ADT. This time around we were able to get free starter bikes and only utilized ADT for accessories but in the future we will only consider ADT for new bikes. I also want to thank Russell for not only advising inside the store but coming outside as well to check our bike rack and suggesting the appropriate rack for car. I highly recommend ADT if you are from the NYC area. This is the place to go for biking and skateboarding needs. The people are honest and helpful and don't suggest you buy unnecessary items. You can tell they really enjoy what they do. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. I can't say enough about them.
