  Bad employees there was a girl trying to get $230 just to reactivate my police when my payment was only $120 × 3 cars and also I was removing 1 car the same day. When to Nanos insurance and got 3 months for same amount.😠

  Wrost experience ever! i been coming here in the past to add and remove vehicles without an issue. Service was quick and friendly. Today 3/8/2016 i encounter a really bad experience with their inexperienced staff. The lady who helped us didnt known what she was doing, she took nearly an hour to add a pickup truck to my policy. I added a c1500 pick up before without an issue . This lady took an hour and we asked if she was new and she replied saying she had 2 years of experience. her manager stepped in saying that this lady was new when a few minutes ago she said he had 2 years of experience. Obviously someone was laying. I dont know what this lady did that i was asked to bring the truck that they needed pictures of it!!! when im only putting liability coverage. I asked the lady why i was being request to take my truck for pictures when is only the liability coverage. She replied saying it was a new law that entered a month ago. What the hell!! I don't recommend this place, if i new i was gonna have this experience i would never gone there. save your self headaches and go else where.
