    been a customer for a few years, finally deciding to find another company. had problems here and there with them missing deliveries, or not having the floormats for me multiple times dont know why i waited so long. account reps dont return calls. recently, they missed two consecutive deliveries in a row and ive left two messages for my acct rep to call me back. Writing my cancellation letter now.

    Our company Plumbing in NW Fort Worth used These guys. What a joke. We followed all The rules to get out of our contract because of their terrible service and the quality of the uniforms coming back to us. Certified letters, timelines and all that good stuff. Then Cameron says we have a verbal contract now… Total joke try to lock you in with contract game and then threaten whenever you leave because of their Lack of good faith in delivering a 1/2 Way decent service. Really... verbal contract now. Customer service doesn’t matter to these guys. The guy delivering uniforms was fine. 100% Corporate bologna.

    I'm a business manager and started dealing with this company about a year ago, ever after that its been a struggle to get things done. First, once the sales representative comes by it was like i disappeared from the face of the planet, poor customer service. In addition, I have been wanting to change uniforms for my service people and it took over two months just to get a response, then another three weeks to get the uniforms and some of the uniforms' name tags were wrong. Second, the service people that come by have limited power to do things, which makes it very difficult for the customer to get information and prices. Third, the management there seems to be very weak in leadership and from what I hear from different service people that deliver clothes, they harass employees which, in my perspective, damages the work ethic within the employees. The only reason I have stayed with them is because they make the owners of the business sign a three year contract. I do not recommend anyone on using this company's service. Although, the service representatives, that deliver clothes weekly, are respectful and seem honest. Thank you.
