::I visited this office for a routine visit and had the WORSE filling I have ever had...they asked me to return for a repair which was never successful...I received a bill today and attempted to clarify this with the office and they kept on hanging up the phone on me...a receptionist finally picked up the phone and yield at me stating that she " wasn't trying to get excited at the end of her day" and hung up...I don't care about the unprofessional behavior from these individuals...my concern is that why are they charging me for something that was created by them???? THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND THAT IS WHY THAT WAS MY ONLY VISIT AT THIS PRACTICE

::I did not have a good experience at this office, which is unfortunate because they had good reviews. Best case scenario, they unintentionally misled me and were rude about it. Worst case scenario is that they implement shady business practices to upcharge new patients with services not needed. I had called them saying I was looking for a new dentist office and I needed my 6 month cleaning. They book my appointment two weeks later. I go to the appointment and figured there would be x-rays and then my cleaning. Turns out they first do a new patient examination and then schedule you for your cleaning on a different day. I was a little annoyed that this wasn't communicated with me since I needed to take time off from work, but could let it slide. During the examination, Dr. Adesanya recommended I have one of my crowns replaced, mentioned I had some gum recession and to put Sensodyne toothpaste on those spots at night before bed. He also mentioned I had some normal tarter buildup, but all in all my teeth and gums looked good. When I checked out that day, they printed out my proposed treatment plan, which only had information on the crown replacement. I told them that I was not looking to get my crown replaced right now, but would still like to get my regular cleaning since it's been 6 months (the initial reason I made my appointment). When the woman scheduled my cleaning appointment, she told me it would be with the dentist since the hygienist schedules were full. I didn't think anything of this since my last dentist office, the dentist would do the cleanings. The following week I go to my cleaning, which seemed like a typical cleaning I've had at other offices. When I go to check out, the woman says that it will be $78.00, which caught me by surprise because my dental insurance covers my cleanings. She then says that it was a special cleaning that costs more. I told her that I was not informed that this was a special cleaning or that I even needed one. She then says it was on the proposed treatment plan and when she pulled up the plan she paused and said that it wasn't on the plan, but I still had to pay. I asked her how I was I supposed to know this was a special cleaning when no one communicated that to me and it wasn't on the plan. She replied she is not a doctor and couldn't tell me. I asked to speak to someone else. Dr. Adesanya came out and told me that he takes pride in his work and that I had inflamed gums that needed a special cleaning and now I can have regular cleanings. I said that at no time inflamed gums or a special cleaning was communicated to me. He replied that it's his word against mine and left. I paid the $78, but told them I would not be returning and recommended that when they put together a proposed treatment plan they should clearly communicate to the patient any work needed beyond routine dental care covered by the insurance, including special cleanings. I was given the cold shoulder and no one spoke to me. I don't recommend going to this office if you like to make informed decisions on your health and dental care costs. They do not clearly tell you what they are doing and you can end up with charges you didn't consent to.

::Dr. Adesanya and Team are the best. I've been going to this dental office (and its predecessor) for all of my adult life. I highly recommend them to others in the area.

::The service of Dr Adesanya himself and the assigned Dental Hygeinist is superb; however, the first point of contact (the African American young lady) when one calls in, needs more training in dealing with customers. In making sure appointment is made right in order for no loss of care and service to the client and no loss of revenue to the service. Called in to cancel my appointment for 9/26/22; instead of being asked if I want to make a new appointment, I was not asked. As I was about to drop the phone I asked how come I was not asked if I want to make another appointment. This young lady became angry. Then said, well you want to cancel your appointment, right? - with a defensive and angry tone. At that time I had to just end the call with a "ok thank you" because I was extremely busy and did not want to entertain her foolishness.

::Have been a patient of this practice over 20 years. I love my smile and this is partially because of the routine maintenance and care of Dr Adesanya and his team of specialists. My children are now adults and they still see him as well. Just the best!
