::Stepping into Ades is like going back in time to family run shop where you know the owner (Emily) on first name basis. Very friendly, personal and honest is my takeaway. Old school vets can see all classic pistols (for sale) in the glass cabinets with their history and stories worn on the grips and finish. I look at all of them....and the special ones say "Take me home". I love the place and the honest and friendly staff.

::Walked in, was helped by the staff the entire time it took for me to find what I wanted. Was treated with respect and asked more than once if I needed more detailed info on items. I never felt as if I was under pressure to buy, was more a feeling of being there with family or friends. Yes, a pleasurable experience. I did eventually find and buy exactly what I walked in for. The great thing besides the friendly and knowledgeable staff is the fact that I got it at an excellent price!! All around great people and great place. Thank you.

::I found them very helpful. Was in need for quick money for an emergency and called to see if they would buy a gun I bought but never used. The person who answered the phone went over the type of gun and what I would most likely get for it. It wasn't as much as I needed so it saved me the trip out there. They couldn't help me this time but I will go to them in the future.

::I went in here and their service is great!! Really friendly!! I have only bought ammo from them but I asked a question about a firearm they have that I own myself and they did know what they're talking about. Really knowledgeable. Recommend this place.
