  This establishment has the worst costumer service! I called in because I was running 5-10 minutes behind (because my daughter had an accident on the road and had to change her) and was told everything would be okay. When I came up to check in an elderly lady of Native American decent (didn’t catch her name) very rudely stated I was more than 10 minutes late so would not be seen. Mind you my appointment was scheduled at 11:20, and I was there at 11:30 not 11:31,11:32.... I drove all the way from Surprise to see Dr. Tran, but being treated so poorly, by his staff, I will no longer be his patient. I have never had such a problem with the facility in Dysart, and wish Dr. Tran was still there.

  I’ve been waiting for X-ray results of my wrist for two weeks now and every time I call they still don’t have them. It’s ridiculous! I’ve called several times and left messages with the people I speak with and never receive a call back. I don’t know what the issue is but they need to get their shhhh together. I’m an MA and I have never taken this long to call a patient with their results. It’s insane how the patient is not priority to them, especially when I call to tell them I’m still in pain and cannot lift or use my hand.

  This place is seriously the worst! I went once and the service and doctor were so rude. I decided to give it another shot and it was even worse the second time. Rude doctors and staff. They say one price and bill you for another. On top of that, I wasn’t helped for the issue I had. Don’t go to Adelante.

  My nurse practitioner Dr. Chow is AMAZING, unfortunately I can't say the same for one of her staff members, Maria I believe. EVERY single time I would go there, I would get attitude from her and my husband noticed it as well. I will not be coming back and I have told my sisters to look elsewhere. I come here to be treated not to be seen as I'm "bothering" her.

  The first clue I should not have dealt with these guy is the fact that I have to call an 800 number to relay everything. They are two weeks late in renewing a prescription that has been sent in twice... one that is vital for my health. The best they can promise is another 72 hrs. I am done with them. My brother will write the prescription. Also... I have had them call me more than once for billing issues and expect me to relay personal information without identifying who they are or why they are calling. (Of course I am assuming that was the case the second time I got such a call... the first time i was able to figure it out because the person who called slipped up).
