  The point that makes Adams Farms exceptional is the fact that it is a very strong distributor of local produce from local farms. If you go to the main Stores, National Brands they are not doing that. As a result a lot of the food but not all is fresher. Of course certain produce does come from out of the country or out of the region but that's a natural necessity due to climate. as for the meat department it's quite exceptional, somewhat more expensive but generally well worth it. Compared to Dicico's store, Brewster and other places, it is a steal. The Fish Department, I wouldn't give an A rating to it, a lot of their fish does not look so fresh but the price is good so your choice. Dicicco's does a better job on fish but you have to pick them up on sale otherwise they're extremely expensive.

  I love this store! They have quality products, the employees are always friendly, the store is clean and the produce is fresh. Love browsing through their nursery!

  Recently, I had to order a flower arrangement for someone who had underwent major surgery. I had heard from a friend that Donna at the Adam's Wappinger Fall's location was wonderful at creating arrangements. I called and asked for Donna and explained the circumstances. She said she would create a cheerful, colorful arrangement of the newly arrived tulips and I told her my price range. Boy, did she do an incredible job because everyone who saw the arrangement said it was outstanding. The patient called to saw it was so beautiful and she was so happy and uplifted by its delivery...that was exactly what I was hoping for and Donna delivered! I will always request Donna and I will always use Adam's. I have spread the word to everyone. Thank you Donna!

  Easily the best store in the Hudson Valley for all produce, meats, poultry and fish. Let's not forget about the other departments either. The deli is super fabulous with hot tables, sandwiches made to order and all foods made in-house. The staff is always friendly and helpful including quick and plentiful check-out. Visit their open house programs. They are really great!

  Great local meats, eggs , fruits and veggies. Appreciate that they make an effort to source locally. But also great imports too (olive oil! & cheeses) Always well staffed with help at each counter and plenty of registers. Prices range widely and gourmet items can be pricey. But fruit and veg prices and selection are great.
