  Absolutely unprofessional behavior while representing a real estate summer rental for his other half in East Hampton, who technically owned the house. My real estate company was due a commission upon the rental agreement lease, which I secured in the landlords favor, as we represented the landlord in this transaction. To make matters worse, he sent a letter to my residence (and I am a neighbor who lives on the next street!) as soon as the lease was signed informing me that he was not paying the commission. If he were a professional he would have sent the letter to the company, (or better yet, if he were a professional attny he would have paid the commission since I secured a great tenant who complied with all of the terms landlord requested, to the tune of 25K for the summer). I just figured what goes around comes around and he is probably a very miserable person. I am not a wealthy person. I brought my son up singlehandedly while going to school to get a teaching degree......this is a blue collar neighborhood, come on Adam Kirk.....
