  I am extremely pleased with Acura of Westchester. Michelle is great! She is not pushy at all and SAVED me money by putting me into a new lease! I did have to wait for detailing/service when I arrived for pickup of my new vehicle but Michelle walked over to the service department and made sure my car was being finished ASAP. I didn’t think I would be able to stay with Acura because of cost but Michelle made it possible. I drove 200 miles to return to Acura of Westchester because of Michelle’s hard work and dedication to making sure we came to a financial agreement that worked for me! I can’t say enough good things about her and Acura of Westchester. I will definitely be sending all my friends and family over! Thank you Michelle for your wonderful service.

  So I have to give a bunch of credit to the team at the Acura of Westchester dealership for coming to the rescue and finding me a good deal on a great car. The other Acura dealership we were dealing with couldn't find the make/model/trim we wanted and our previous lease was coming due. Matt and the rest of the team had the car we wanted on their lot and were able to offer it to me at a fair price with minimal haggling or aggravation. Almost the entire process was done seamlessly over text. Didn't even step into the showroom until the day of pickup (showroom looks a bit hectic with kind of an odd layout but folks were friendly). So far so good with the car. Hopefully I won't have to test out their service department anytime soon!!

  I recently bought my first car from Jose Crespo, he is very knowledgeable and has a great personality. He is Latino and speaks Spanish well so feel free to speak it if your comfortable. I needed a car within my budget and he found the exact car that I was looking for. It was a stress free experience and they treat you like family. I am privileged to have one of the top sellers in the country to help me out on my first car buying experience.

  Frankie was an incredible sales manager. He took his time to get me into the car that I wanted with a payment that was affordable. He went above and beyond to make it happen and I appreciate his efforts. I will send all my friends and family to Frankie! It's nice to know that there is still some good people out there

  Christopher was an amazing to work with. He answered all of my questions I had about getting a new car. He is super friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and made my family and I feel welcomed. Christopher was very proactive in keeping me informed about the process of what was going on with the financial aspect and how soon I would be in my car. He truly acted very quickly and I know that I made the right move in becoming a new client of Acura. I truly left the dealership very happy and very satisfied. I am going to recommend him to friends, family, and colleagues who are interested in purchasing a car.
