  We had Action Appliance out to our house to fix our dryer recently. It's my cousins place but I was the only one home during the time he was there. Kevin was our technician and did an amazing job! He was super knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to explain what was going on and educated me on how to prevent the issue in the future. He is now our go to for any repairs or advice. We couldn't be more pleased with his service and friendliness. Thumbs up from us!

  The two women who answer their phones are just plain rude, nasty and need an attitude adjustment. Technicians might be good and certified but, a little customer service and professional demeanor by their office staff might help this company go further. First impressions are everything in life and in business. So far, you're failing in this category so, we give this company an "F" rating in customer service, attitude and overall general assistance.

  Gary and Action Appliance did a great job with our double oven repair. After having the manufacturing service company out twice without being any closer to repair, Gary suggested a rebuild of our control panel. It was subsequently reinstalled after being sent out and the oven works perfectly. They delivered same day service when contacted and stayed in touch with us to let us know when Gary would arrive. We had a follow question and Gary came back the next day to resolve to our satisfaction. Very good experience.

  I am very pleased with the work that Josh and Tate did on my freezer. They were knowledgeable and professional. They gave me information on all that American appliances does and I will be using them more. They cleaned up after the work and explained all they did. I am extremely satisfied with them and will do more business with this company.

  Prompt same day service for my dryer. Kimball found the issue quickly and had replacement parts in his truck. Kimball was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He not only repaired the dryer but found that the dryer vent needed to be cleaned. He made arrangements for that cleaning the same day as well. Would definitely recommend this company and will certainly use them again. Thanks Kimball!
