  This place is horrible. Machines are always broken washers and dryers. I have been going here for years and they never fix anything. The owner seems more interested in stealing your money than fixing the machines.

  Washing machines constantly flooding out the place. Like flooding to the point it covers half your shoe. It floods inside and floods outside because of the machines. Could probably use a cesspool dumping but they insist its towels and tide pod plastic getting stuck in the hoses smh. Ceiling caving in from wet spots from roof, no ac in summer-which is dangerous due to the amount of elderly people that use this laundry mat. Also has a bee problem in the summer so good luck if you forget your epi pen. Smh they have 50 dryers. 10 dryers are for employees to use, 14 dryers have “out of service” signs on them. If you put your clothes in a top dryer and someone else puts their clothes in the dryer beneath yours, your clothes wont dry because their dryer sucks out your heat. If too many people are doing laundry, you have to take turns for the dryer. Has 3 change machines-1 works. Detergent machine doesn’t drop the detergent. After your money gets stuck, you have to just get it from the woman at the counter. If it cant be “upkept” properly they should just cut their losses and sell. On the plus side, its walking distance to dunkin donuts/nathans, subway, mexican restaurant. Im assuming this is why people keep going back??

  Oh my gosh. do NOT go here! The washer didn't fill up with water so the detergent sat too long on my beige kacki pants. It bleached out the color in big drips all over the whole pair of pants. I kept telling the girl that it wasn't filling. She looked at it but kept waiting to see if it would fill up then pushed me off saying there was some water in it. I eventually changed machines. When I confronted her she said she doesnt know the name or number of the owner and wasn't responsible unless I left it for her to wash. There are about 14 broken machines here. One still had an out of order sign that I had to put there from about a month ago!!

  One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The stores owner is incredibly rude and does not know how to deal with customers. I have been taking my laundry here for a few months. Recently, my white sweater was completely ruined after they washed it with jeans. After bringing this to their attention the store owner avoided the issue and I had to come in 3+ times to finally speak with her. She was incredibly rude and did not rectify the situation. I will never be back here again!!

  My clothes are always clean, folded nicely and the even hang my shirts! The people there are always very nice to me. I would highly recommend this place!
