  Food was fair, service was garbage. Additionally, one of the employees was handling money at the register and making sandwiches with the same gloved hand. General attitudes were pretentious.

  $2 for extra cream cheese!!! I paid $8 for a bagal with extra cream cheese and a slice of sausage. This bagal cost me more than if I got a bagal sandwich with egg. I was not informed of the outrageous cost until I was about to pay. I gave 1 star because the cashier was actually apologetic for the price. Not the guy who took my order just said nothing of the additional cost. I get it, extras cost something. But when a bagal is going to $8, more than a cost of most of your priced sandwiches, speak up please. I usually go to the coffee shop next to Acme. Thought I would shake it up but I can get a ham and cheese pastry and a small tea for the same amount. I guess lesson learned.

  Food is amazing! First time here and the employees are smiling at each and every customers so I already felt this experience was going to be worthwhile. Ordering was quick simple and I was on my way to the train. Can also dine in and enjoy union station or throws it in your bag to rush to your next destination. Would come here again! Please don't hesitate to leave them a 5 star rating!

  Ordered a Railway Rueben (fantastic by the way), and the order was lost so I was 100% refunded my money, and given some cookies. I still even got my Rueben with fries. This is world class service. I absolutely recommend this place.

  First off i thought the woman who took my order acted like she was mad at me for some reason no smile no greeting just a what can i get for you as soon as you as you walk in the door i was taken aback. The food was ok but not what i would call "good food", i had an egg sandwich with sausage and it was a little greasy and somewhat bland the presentation was was the worst part with cheese and grease covering the inside of the paper. Uppon leaving just handed my sandwhich like she was busy. Im sure if i hadn't said thank you while i was walking out the door she would have forgotten. My advice to those who work here,#1 to the cook who made my food, if you were the one with a bluetooth in your ear you have a charming demeanor and i saw you smiling when you took that woman's order, take some care with the food though i have worked in the restaurant field for 10 years and I get it you need to get the food out asap!! because people are in a hurry however bad presentation brings down an establishment and should not be forgotten. #2 To the woman at the counter, i currently work at a hotel as a night auditor ive been there for over a year. Trust me a smile and a thank you, maybe even a little small talk goes a looonnnggg way. It shows the customer you are invested and interested in them. This helps even if you don't sincerely mean it but if you find TRUE joy in your work it goes even further it brings people back you are the face of this business.
