::Acme Brick is a great store. I met with Andrea in the showroom and helped me find the brick that I need and the stone. I don't know what I would do without that great customer service. I hope I can build a new house with them.

::We ordered over 12,000 brick and were told it could be delivered in 4 to 5 business days when we were ready for it. We called the next week to ask if we could have part of the order delivered now and the rest later since we were bricking two buildings. We got the voicemail of our salesperson. When we didn't receive a return call, we called the next day and talked to a different person since we couldn't get hold of the lady that sold the brick to us. The answer to every question we had was "probably" or "I think so". She couldn't give us any answers. The third day of trying to get answers and delivery we got hold of the sales lady. She said she would email for an answer and get back to me. Never heard from her again - four days later - after calling and leaving more messages and husband leaving messages - we called about the policy on refunds. Nobody asked why, nobody cared. When I offered why, the answer was "okay". I called back after I got may card ready for the refund 10 minutes later - was put through to voicemail. Called back and asked to speak to a live person, got someone new. Told my story again, got another "okay". So between four different reps from there, got nowhere and got no customer service. Cancelled order and going somewhere where they care to provide customer service. It should be noted that we bought brick for a house we build around 2005 here and had a very good experience. Not sure what has happened over there, but I would recommend going somewhere you can get some service.

::I dealt with Victoria while purchasing brick and she was GREAT! It is the plant and delivery I have issues with. I was told the brick that I ordered was in stock... I purchased the "in stock" brick 4/2/16 and as of today 4/29/16 there is no sign of the brick. I called Victoria and she informed me that delivery was pushed to Tuesday 5/3/16!!! This is not good business to me.
