  Excellent service, I've only done my taxes here since I turned 18 years old. I would not trust anyone else with my taxes. Catalina, her husband Victor and the rest of the staff are great people. Thank you to Acevedo Network for so many years of great service to my family & I!!!!!

  On February 20, 2018 I went to Acevedo Network to advise the tax preparer that I was not happy with their services and would not like to move forward with business. Victor Acevedo whom has all of my personal information and personal documents did not want to give me personal documents, because I no longer wanted to file with them. Victor stated, in order for me to receive my personal documents I have to pay $420 I am not certain why they want me to pay a fee of $420 if my tax refund was never sent to the IRS. Tax preparers usually collect money after the refund was sent and approved by the IRS. This amount is an obscene amount for services that were never rendered, my refund was NEVER sent to the IRS and I have no copies of services they need $420 for. Soon after, the wife (Catalina Acevedo) askes me to explain the situation to her, as I am explaining my situation to her, two of their granddaughters become belligerent, start yelling and shouting that they will wait for me outside. They did not return my personal documents and had me walk out of the store with out the documents. In order to proceed and file my taxes elsewhere, I would need my documents. Again, this amount is an obscene amount, services were never rendered. The way I was treated by the staff was extremely absurd, rude, GHETTO and unprofessional. I became afraid and felt extremely threatened by the staffs approach and behavior. I do not reccomend this business to anyone, no customer that walks in to do business should walk out feeling afraid, threathened, yet alone walk out with out all of their personal documents that belongs to them! I can imagine how many other people they are doing this to, charging for services that are not rendered because all this business cares about is MONEY! As a business owner myself I will NEVER treat or even feel the slighest satisfaction of treating a customer the way these people treated me. I am extremely saddened, disgusted and embarrassed by the way I was treated by everyone in this company! I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THIS TAX OFFICE! Minorities need to treat each other better!!!!!
