  New store manager is a dick. He wasn not very helpful with any of our questions. We asked him to call other stores to see if they had what we were looking for and he was rude!!! Really miss the guys who used to work there.

  We have been renting from Ace since July and we are very happy with them! All the employees are friendly and high positive energy that is enjoyable to be around from in store to the delivery crew! Recommend this store to everyone! They are very professional! -Julie K.

  i'd give them less than a star for the worst customer service in Omaha. even the district manager Spencer is useless. they can't answer a simple question about how much i currently owe but they want to call me everyday to tell me my payment is overdue. so how can i pay it if they wont even tell me how much i currently owe? seems like a simple practical business question... but not for these bubble heads. i will never do business with them again! i suggest u don't either because they will call ur family members and harass them too!
