  Horrible parking lot . It says it is supposed to be $5 on the weekends but have been charging up to $20 for "special events" when there is absolutely nothing going on and the lot is empty. I go to school at El centro and this is a huge lot that always has parking but they price gouge in a place that has limited parking options already. There are college students that can not afford to pay this much just for 2-3 hours of class. Please be more reasonable about your prices.

  You need a code to get into the building. I had to chase somebody down.
