::This is a monthly parking review. The monthly rates are similar to other nearby lots, but the way that the lot is administered for monthly parking is a giant hassle. Every month, you have to print and display a new full sized 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper on the dash at ALL times. (As you might expect, a paper that size tends to get blown around and move around when driving even with the AC off and windows rolled up). Forget to print a new permit on the first of the month (ticket), take it off because you have the window rolled down and forget to put it back up (ticket), fold it to make it smaller to try to keep it in place leaving the QR code visible (ticket), etc..... Enforcement is also aggressive. I have been ticketed twice, warned once, and towed once in the five years I have parked there. In each instance THE VEHICLE BEING TOWED/TICKETED WAS REGISTERED WITH ACE BY BOTH VIN AND LICENSE PLATE for monthly parking in the lot where I was ticketed/towed. The icing on top, when there is a problem they wont take a call and just fix it, instead you have to wait 1-2-3-days for the ticket to upload to their system, and file an appeal/request, and get a lecture about the terms of the agreement. Spend a little money on a better system ACE.
