  An amazing venue and intimate setting for seeing great performances. The staff is friendly and respectful, and the bartenders do not skimp! Also did an amazing job of keeping the place well ventilated and temperature controlled despite the enormous crowd that was there that evening.

  One of the best small venues I've been to. Sounds great inside and has a comfy vibe. Bar staff is great but the bouncers/security can be hit or miss. I LOVE that they provide ice water for free at every bar inside; it has seriously saved me a couple times.

  Very nice venue. Multiple bars, large restroom with staff cleaning through out the night. My only issue is if you're a smoker or someone like me who needs fresh air (and space away from people) once in awhile the outdoor area is very small, like room for a dozen people small.

  We'd never been to the Ace if Spades before to see a concert. I'd argue that the sound at the Ace of Spades is the best in any Sacramento club. The hall is well maintained. The drinks were very small, watered down, and expensive. In order to sit down anywhere, you have to pay for a premium ticket, which were sold out. I have a bad back, so I had to sit on the floor between bands. Not ideal, but I managed. All in all, we had fun, the show was really great, and we will be absolutely be back. We'll just avoid the bar at the club, and get drinks at R15 next door before the show!

  Great little intimate venue! Not a bad spot in the place. Has multiple bars so there isn't a long wait. Feels very safe with Sacramento PD on site. Conveniently located next to a parking garage. Delicious dining choices within its block radius. Staff has always been friendly and courteous.
