  Never Answers the phone Waiting 2.5 hrs to see the doctor for the doc can see me for 2 mins Rude staff. Very unprofessional

  Would not recommend this place is so unprofessional. I been trying to reach them for over a week and they never answer calls. How are you going to be in lunch all morning and after 12 it says I’m calling after hours when they close at 5pm ridiculous! Would not recommend.

  Horrible, the guy in the glasses area is rude, he acts like he's Ray Ban. I waited months for my glasses to get them and they were someone else's prescription, and then he argued that it was 6 days apart I'm like oh really well the ones im wearing are from 2017...so your wrong.and I got my frames today and the lenses can fall out they aren't even fitted correctly I'm scared to use then, I feel they aren't correct.Please go elsewhere if you can, this place isn't even a last resort.

  I've been waiting for 1.5 MONTHS for my appointment. I have large masses in both of my eye orbits. I called 24hrs in advance to confirm my appointment and they say it's been canceled. Apparently they have been calling me since the 7th. IT IS THE 7TH!!!! Are you kidding me? ZERO STARS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF IT COULD BE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. They don't care.

  Rude and most unprofessional place ever. That one Arab “doctor” was so impatient and even tried to apologize to me admitting he was rude. From someone who has extreme anxiety issues you shouldn’t treat anyone the way he has. And I will refuse to take my children here in the future.
