  ‼️ Warning....DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS ‼️ So many other dry cleaners in and around Massapequa like Southgate Cleaners across from the High School, Daily Cleaners on Merrick Rd by Seaford , Dina’s Cleaners across from Burns Park and Capri Cleaners next to St. Rose church just to name a few. I’m a monthly customer of theirs and came across a pair of pants that was serviced by this business after picking it up about a month or so ago...I discovered it was newly stained... it was NOT brought in like that. I don’t generally wear a lot of dry cleaning so it took me a month to six weeks to see this particular pair and realize the damage. When I brought it to the business owners attention, their reply was ....... 1. It’s not their fault and not their responsibility...it’s their vendor’s fault since they actually do none of the dry cleaning. It’s all outsourced and they would not approach their vendor for a refund. 2. They have a NO REFUND policy (somewhere?-news to me) and since it took so long for me to bring this to their attention it’s my fault. 3. They said this is a strict policy because they can’t make money if they do the right thing and refund me at least for the damaging “cleaning” I paid for or to offer to try again and fix the stain “on them”. Neither of which they would agree to do after I suggested both those courses of action. 4. I was also told that it is the customer’s responsibility to check all the clothes before leaving. Not their responsibility once the garments leave the business. So basically you pay them for a level of service, they DO NOT stand behind the work of their vendor so the risk is all on you. ‼️ Go somewhere else... the short-lived good feeling of a cheap price is long outlived by receiving a bad job, ruined clothes and no recourse ‼️
