  Extremely rude, the woman turned her back on me as i was showing her the tear in my sweater. She shook her hand and turned her back without a word, i couldn't believe how nasty and rude this woman was.. they do not deserve an establishment in such a nice area, they are completely disrespectful.

  Rude and horrible experience. I paid for a he to be fixed on a coat. I paid and took the coat to only see the hole never repaired. They would not return my money or even own up to making an error. Instead they were extremely rude, argumentative and basically took my money. Never again.

  They were extremely rude and I have no idea why. Today was the first day I ever stepped foot in Ace Cleaners: I walked in, greeted the owners and, when asked if it was my first time there, I said, "yes," and gave the woman my information for the computer. I had 1 shirt and 1 pair of slacks to be cleaned and, as I was trying to show the woman where the stains were, she pushed the clothes across the counter and started talking to the man behind me. I told her I was just trying to point them out so that they would know where the problem areas were and she mumbled something at me and kept talking to the man who was behind me. I walked out with my clothes. My regular dry cleaner is a bit farther away than Ace but at least I know my patronage is welcome there.

  I took two white dress shirts (which I bought that day and opened from the package IN THE DRY CLEANERS) Then the associate and I looked over the shirts for stains(like most people do)... when I got them back they had grease stains(finger prints, I can only assume they ate something greasy and used my shirts as a napkin!) on them. When I confronted them they said "New shirts always dirty..." Wasted $8.00 and $50.00 (cost of white shirts) on that spot. I'll never do busy there again! I suggest you do the same... Unless you want your clothes ruined as well.

  The worst experience that I ever had in my life. I sent my daughter's graduation dress to clean to the ACE CLEANERS and from black dots that the dress had there were brown dots.And the dress still had the same odor that was the reason that I wanted to be clean.when I told them that the color of dress was different they said we didn't do it.They kept the dress to try one more time to clean it up.When I received the dress ,oh my GOD,the dots were disappeared,and it smelled like something burned.When I told them that the dress was destroyed the wife/owner called me crazy.And the husband started saying some words I didn't understand.I called 311 and filed a complain against them.Now I will go to the court and make them close that store.I will need the help of all unhappy customers,please they don't have any idea how to clean clothes.Do they give any test before they open any cleaners,I am so courious?!
