  The first time I dropped my car off at Ace Auto Body Shop I was able to meet Richie and this was my first experience dealing with a car body repair. Not knowing that generally body repairs take 1-2 weeks I would call Richie every other 2-3 days to check up on my car. Richie was always patient and reassuring, and then came the day I picked up my car. Not only did Ace Auto Body Services do the courtesy of cleaning inside my car, but the whole car was buffed and every small white markings I had separate from the accident was gone. Richie discounted me a great price and dealt with my insurance as well. (Don't expect an automatic discount from this review). About a month ago I got into a hit and run and the first body shop that came to mind was Ace. Today, I dropped my car off to Ace and was happy to see Richie as he was once again reassuring. Richie and his team provide 120% effort and customer satisfaction. Clearly, I highly recommend them.

  I called Ace Auto repair Rich waldrop i talked to him over the phone i asked him when your car go thru insurance job do they give you the free detail when you go thru a insurance job. He told me that they do a detail when your car go thru insurance job that its included so when i went to the shop and did all the paper work then i ask him again are they going to do the detail he then tells me its 75 dollars a day . I feel i was misleaded and treated unfair but i left the car there due to them having good reviews online of there work and didnt have time to go anywhere else .

  I had heard good reviews through the grapevine, so I took my BMW 328 here. Took it in on the spot for work & did a fantastic job on the rear of my car after the accident. They were very open with the cars status throughout the 2 week period. They also handled everything with my insurance company so I didn't have to jump through hoops. Would recommend and return! Ask for Jim.
