  I'd advise against Accurate Spa and Pool (ASAP). Had a terrible experience with Tom and his crew. I hired them to open and close our pool. They did that fine and at a competitive price, but when they came out to fix a leaky PVC pipe, they didn't fix it correctly and when I called them on it, Tom was quick to blame it on something I had done. Then when I started shopping for a replacement for my pool heater, Tom performed a high pressure sale of a heater that he needed an answer to immediately. I told him that I don't make decisions like that. He said I would lose him as my pool guy if I shopped around. So I fired him.

  I had a crack in my hot tub a few days ago fixed by Accurate Pool. Excellent job done and now I'm back to relaxing. They've also done work on my pool the past few seasons. Always great service!

  I have a 25 yr old hot tub and it seems like its always something. Tom has been out to my house 4 different times and has always had great answers to my problems. He even came out once for "no charge" to replace a switch that was obsolete. I would refer this company to anyone I know.They do a great job!

  I've hired Accurate Spa and Pool a few different times for repairs to my old hot tub. They keep it in good running order and have gone out of their way for me. Thanks guys.

  Tom was very helpful in getting a reasonable quote on our new liner. He came to our house and was able to take quick measurements and asses the best approach to fix our pool. We had a very old pool and needed a new liner plus new coping system. His crew did a nice job of installing everything with minimal damage to the existing patio. We ran into a problem with the skimmer line and he worked with us to troubleshoot the problem to come up with the proper solution. ASAP provides good service with a quality product. If you're looking to replace a liner or need rework of an existing pool, I would go with ASAP. Their prices were very reasonable compared to many other companies I received quotes from. I highly recommend Accurate Spa and Pool.
