::This is agency is not helpful at all! They don't offer the programs that are available to clients, you pretty much have to search for programs yourself and in doing so you find out the the programs are affiliated with the agency to say the least. Returning your calls after leaving messages are pretty much answered about a week or so if you are lucky. My advice would be to seek out a different agency if you can, this agency is not worth the wasted time or energy. Their getting paid and you are pretty much doing their work.

::This site may help you in small ways, but they do not seem to get the real meaning of the word "help". In my personal opinion, staff aren't taught to treat their young adults and or adults with proper respect. If you got the patience and time to deal with them qhilw having the will power to hold in much anger they will provide you..then that's excellent! This program isn't horrible. They may train you for business and may provide you with a small or decent internship, but with they way they so their jobs.. They are honestly just driving us away. Many students transferred to different sites like Downtown, Manhattan or Midtown, Queens. Its pathetic, these programs are supposed to encourage and motivate us to do better. The Bronx Site of Access V.R is not a smart choice. Hope many of you witnessed what I have.
