  I've been coming into acceptance for a long time now. Mecaela and Keisha do a great job .I'm glad that they actually stayed because before them I never had the same person. I appreciate being able to come into the office to their beautiful face and the break everything down as far as the coverage to when my bill due and making sure I make payment on time .Thank ladies

  I call this acceptance due to i couldnt contact agent at another location. The agent indicated she could give me a lower rate. She was deceptive and flat lied. She gave me a quote and then charged my debit card another amount and a separate $45 agent fee which she never disclosed. When she finally sent the application section to the dealership, the information was incorrect. When i was calling they either didnt answer phone or place me on hold for long period of time. After never getting a corrected copy, the car dealership finally got her to send a binder in ordee to get lien holder to approve. This agent called me a week later stating she was going to cancel policy if i didnt sign and return the incorrect information. I advised her i would sign and return as soon as she emailed a corrected copy yet she refused and until this date i havent received a corrected copy to sugn and she stated she could email and i could sign online and resubmit. This individual and agent i would recommend to my worst enemy. Unprofessional, lied, took money off my debit card fraudently and in my opinion a pad their pocket undermining piece of business.
