::Only if I could give it zero star for its unbelieablly chaotic, unprofessional process,! I changed a doctor so consequently had to go thru a process for the change - it took me 25 days, 20 some calls and my doctor office's three calls to get it straight - apparently, there were no follow up - they were just waiting until ball dropped or when you called... the issues/qestions were dealt like peeling an onion...

::Be carefully with this pharmacy, its customer service is unprofessional. Last May 18, 2017, Acaria health pharmacy (through fedex) left in front of my house around 11.00AM a regular shipping with my prescribed medicines . I return home around 6.00PM (7 hours under the full sun) the medicine was very hot because the temperature outside was 90 F. According to the manufacturer, the maximum temperature for both medicines is 77 F. Immediately call Acaria health pharmacy and after many calls they don’t want to send me new ones medicines because they can not resell it…. The manager Jim had a great suggestion that I can buy a new one…. They are not client oriented, they are business oriented. Don’t trust them please.

::I contacted this pharmacy two days ago to ask them to transfer a prescription to them subsequent to my move into the area. (I could have gotten it mailed from the old pharmacy but thought this would be faster--ha!) They told me to call the old pharmacy and have them call them. The old pharmacy refused, saying that the new pharmacist is supposed to call the old one (which was my understanding as well). I called Acaria back and asked them again to call, and they agreed. I have heard nothing since. When I saw my doctor yesterday, she said that she wanted to change the prescription and would research what compounding pharmacy in my area was reputable. She recommended Preston's in Arlington. As a courtesy, I called Acaria back to cancel my request and spoke to three different people, and there was no record at all of my request. Yikes.
