  Thank you David!!!!!! I have been without AC for past 5 days. My home warranty is requiring 2-3 weeks to repair unit and dragging their feet. I called AC Hero and they came out within one hour and had my AC back on in less than 30 minutes. The staff and especially David Cedeno were a Godsend. What an incredibly honest company and man. The previous company told me my compressor is dead and would cost approx. $3K. David advised me compressor is completely fine but it is the capacitor that needs to be replaced. Please know that you have a customer for LIFE. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!!!!!

  Very responsive and easy to work with. I had an issue with my older AC unit and Jayme walked me through the issues and explained what the issues were where another company I originally had out just wanted me write a check and get out of the way. If I have any issues going forward I'm very comfortable reaching out and knowing AC Hero will take care of it.
