::BEWARE: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANY ABRA SHOP- I dealt with John and it seems this shop works with insurance companies to find reason to deny claims or NOT cover your damages! Also, we felt highly discriminated against and our car has been sitting at the shop for days while Abra and the insurance company, Progressive, work together to deny related damages. The estimators at Abra work with insurance to demand a recorded statement in order to “move forward with repairs” ....To top it off my vehicle check engine light was on when I picked up my vehicle- it was NOT before! David and Jeremy(his boss) with Progressive wiith John at Abra will surly cause more headaches than fixes. BEWARE!!

::We were sent here by our insurance. It was horrible. They took 2.5 weeks to finish our car just for us to have to take it back again because there was a crunching noise. They also said our battery went out because it was "old" and charged us out of pocket. While spending another week there they couldn't figure out what the sound in our car was. They said that if we felt unsafe then to take it to the dealer ship. Wow thanks! It came out worse then when it went in. Terrible place!!

::WOW! Just wow! These people are SO unprofessional! I was directed here by my insurance company for a broken window. First, when I called Anita could not figure out who I was and told me that she didn't call me it must have been a call center, even though she left her name in the voicemail. She then tried to say that I said that I called for an estimate appointment when I said no such thing. Second, my car is parked in the city, downtown, and is completely unsafe and stealable, because of the missing window. This company told me it would be *11* days before they could even take the drop off, with NO IDEA how long it would take to fix it!! THEN, when I tried to explain to her that leaving the car exposed to theft and the elements with no window was a huge issue, Anita, was SUPER RUDE to me and hung up on me. When I called back and asked her if she thought that was professional or appropriate she started raising her voice at me and wouldn't listen to anything that I had to say. She accused me of being rude to someone else in the store, which was ridiculous because the ONLY thing I said to anyone else was, I received a call from you guys to schedule an appointment" and was transferred to her. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Anita is AWFUL at her job and just wants to shift the blame on to the person she is abusing.

::They are very professional. Got my car back they did a good job. Didn't notice before I left have overspray on my passenger window and side mirrors. Have to go back to get it cleaned off.
