  About 5 weeks ago I brought in a dress that I wanted shortened a little bit. 3 weeks go by and I hand't heard anything, so I called in and they told me it was "mixed up" with another dress and that they would call when it was done. Today I decided to go in and pick it up, and found it sitting on a rack completed (but still significantly longer than agreed on). They said they didn't call when it was completed because they lost my number. 5 weeks, multiple trips, and it's still too long. Overall seemed careless.

  Horrible experience going here. They misplaced two of my shirts and played it off like it was no big deal. This was already a day after when they said my order would be ready. Do not go here this is a careless establishment!

  They did a better job cleaning our futon cover than the last two places we took it to and for a better price. Last two places charged just under 30$ and this time was 5$ less. Overall service was excellent. Definitely going there next time.

  Great service and super nice. They even waited for me a little bit after close once when I was running late. This is definitely my new dry cleaners!
