  I have been a customer of this store for many years for machines, classes, service, and advice. Honest and helpful. Best customer service I have ever known in any business ever.

  After Hurricane Sandy a friend of mine told me how the owner of this sewing machine shop was the ,"Best American in the World". And by both of us being prior service I knew that when she said that, she meant it. Well months later I had a problem with my machine. I had never been to the place my friend told me about but I figured, "If I want my machine fixed right, why not have the best American in the world fix it right?". We talked on the phone and I explained the problem and he (Ron) told me to bring it in. The store was clean and the men were all smiling as if they actually wanted to be there. And not long after I was called back to pick up my machine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the staff of Above and Beyond Creative Sewing to anyone who wants to purchase a quality machine, have their current one serviced, or to receive classes. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I thank God for all the people in and the wonderful things that are coming out of that place. If you don't believe me, stop in for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

  I just bought a used sewing machine from them. The quality of service there is really outstanding. I often wonder how small businesses stay in business in this economy, but it was pretty clear why this place is still around. I had Chris helping me (and I was there with my toddler), and he was extremely thorough (and patient), and I did not leave feeling at all confused, or that I still had questions. He understood my needs, and did not push me to buy something that was more expensive/new. I will definitely be back there in the future for my sewing needs. I very highly recommend them.

  Have been a customer for many years. They know their business and are the most helpful place I have ever been in. Classes are fun, informative and you do learn a lot. They do service above and beyond what is necessary. Truly a wonderful experience for those who or want to sew. All staff is kind, informed and friendly!
