  Jeff is a great realtor period. I was referred to Jeff through a mutual friend when I decided to sell my condo in 2016. Jeff came in with a solid strategy for pricing and marketing my condo so that I could sell it fast and for the price I wanted. He was able to set realistic expectations throughout the whole selling process and answered every little question I had. I had a dozen showings the first weekend I had my house on the market, within two weeks I had an offer, and shortly after that I was at the closing table all due directly to the level of expertise that Jeff brought to the table. About six months later I began to look for another house to buy so I requested Jeff’s help again. Because of his in depth knowledge of the Colorado neighborhoods and market, he was able to suggest the best possible areas for my situation. I was originally in the market for townhomes and Jeff worked tirelessly to find possible listings that fit my requirements for sq. footage, amenities, and most importantly price. During this time, I experienced changes that caused me to readjust my requirement for townhomes and begin targeting condos. Jeff quickly pivoted his search and found several amazing options for me to look at. Not long after that I found the perfect place, a home that I still live in today. Jeff is extremely detail oriented, thorough, and truly cares about the clients he represents. I would recommend Jeff to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and can personally say that if you hire him, you’ll never have to find another realtor again.

  Jeff is very passionate about real estate. He is very knowledgeable about market conditions and different neighborhoods around Denver. He’s very invested in making sure his clients buying or selling experience exceeds their expectations. I would highly recommend him as a buying or listing agent.

  Jeff was the best. We moved to Denver from Virginia and in the short amount of time we were in Denver, Jeff worked diligently to help us find our home. Jeff was never pushy and gave his honest opinions about houses, school districts, and locations. Not only did we get a great realtor, but now we have one more friend here in the Denver area!

  I was referred to Jeff by a friend as I was new to Denver. I ran Jeff ragged over the course of a few weekends, looking at houses in Lakewood, Centennial, Littleton and Denver. He picked me up at the hotel and shuttled me everywhere. Jeff has a great knowledge of the local markets and is honest. We did end up purchasing a home thru Jeff, the rebate he offers is an added bonus when you think you don't have a $ left to spare. I have since referred him to two more couples who also purchased. Can't recommend him enough, nice person, professional and easy to work with.
